With over 18 years of expertise in oncology drug discovery and cancer immunology, he specializes in translating complex technical concepts into actionable collaborative roadmaps. He is a frequent speaker at scientific meetings, representing SeromYx’s leadership in therapeutic antibody profiling.

Previously, Shashi served as a lead biologist in cross-functional teams delivering developmental candidates for solid tumor indications. He also held faculty positions at Mount Sinai Medical Center, leading industry-sponsored oncology campaigns. Shashi holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Tata Institute for Fundamental Research and an M.S. in Microbiology.
